DESIGN & PLANNING
Post paying design fees calculated by your area , we create detailed design and project budgets
DESIGN & MEETINGS
We'll discuss and revise the designs in an iterative process until a final concept is decided and approved by you.
CONTRACTING & AGREEMENT
Review and sign the contract in order for us to being work
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A deposit no less than 50% is taken at the beginning to start work
CONSTRUCTION
We start building the designed concepts
FINAL INSPECTION
You will review and sign-off at several stages of the project to ensure that no issues have been overlooked through the life cycle of the project
FINAL PAYMENT
Balance of project fees are due 5 days post the final inspection
